1. Private lessons and  conversation lesson

1.1 A lesson lasts 45 minutes. The teaching material (books) is not included

​

1.2 Terms of payment for hourly packages:  Transfer within 15 days of receipt of the invoice.

​

1.3 Rebookings are free of charge up to 24 hours before the lesson in question.

​

1.4 Rest periods between teaching units, owed  through holidays, work, travel, etc., must not exceed a maximum duration of four weeks.

​

1.5 All packages (10-30 hours) for private lessons and conversation lessons are valid for a maximum of 8 months. More than 30 hours are valid for 1 year. During this time, all hours must be taken, otherwise the unused credit will expire.

​

1.6 The cancellation of hourly packages is possible. The hour package is considered to be ordered as soon as at least one hour has been scheduled. In the event of cancellation, a contribution towards expenses of 20% of the total amount as well as any hours already used will be charged at the hourly rate and without discount.
